CMC-ROBOT LLC specializes in Easytronic transmissions and our team has been working since 2016. Once we are from Russia our Easytronic components are made from metal mainly (instead of plastic original parts) for any climate conditions with great maintain possibility (original LuK G1D500201 couldn`t be repaired without its body damage).
Our clutch master cylinder kit CMC01 pump suits for every Easytronic transmission (and Durashift EST, we will provide special adapter for that type of transmission by your require). So, Opel with Easytronic and Ford with Durashift EST become more reliable with our clutch master cylinder kit CMC01. It doesnt need to replace CMC01 on CMC01 further: we have repair kit for CMC01 (five minutes to change everything inside our cylinder) or you can just change seals by yourself.
We know weaknesses of LuK G1D500201 (and it is not possible to buy new original part) clutch master cylinder (and non-original cylinders from MxSens, China-made or some adapted cylinders from another models of cars like Skoda`s 1j1721388a etc.) We have tried to find something reliable without shift-knocks and burning clutch (on clutch slip) but... Our CMC01 has more rigid valve (we tune-up it for bigger depressure value), so it is nice in bleeding procedure and very stable in drive. You will definitely see precise work of your clutch with our type of valve: soft shifting without vibrations and knocks. May be, this is our small know-how. LuK G1D500201, MxSens, other China and adapted-type cylinders have resin valve without stable rigidity (it is just a membrane) and that is their main weakness (also you can`t replace that valve without breaking their cylinder). Using cylinder with nonstable valve definitely wears-off your new clutch in about 6000 kms (our known record is 3750 miles with adapted-type cylinder Skoda 1j1721388a, then he bought our CMC01 and next new clutch). We have pretty much of information about problems with Easytronic (forums and practice) and feedbacks from our offline buyers in Russia and Poland (we hope to continue the country-list with Paypal and Ebay too).
We did our the best with quality: it has enough durability (at least 6 years lifetime), reliable and nice in shifting gears. Corrosion-resistant materials used and piston has been anodized. It is widely used CNC machine (piston, rod connection clamp and etc.) The kit is provided with pipes: silicone feed pipe and copper pressure pipe (don`t worry: WP-brand copper pipe is flexible enough for easy mounting). Sometimes weared-off original pipe with flexible (resin) part inflates under the pressure in system and decreases volume of transferred liquid to clutch. It depends on environment temperature either. We have avoided this problem by default with that conditionally-rigid copper pipe. So, you will get as much accurate as possible gear-shift in any ambient conditions vehicle can be drived.
We have made nice rod connector clamp (brass, no plastic as always). So you will be able to connect our CMC01 to your Easytronic actuator with widely used method (put an air pressure to pressure pipe to a click sound, 2 bars is usually enough).
